Daniel is GEM’s Operations Manager for Asia. Having worked with GEM for almost nine years he has spent the last eighteen months in Singapore enjoying the the diversity, variety and contrasting demands of his position.
Daniel manages all aspects of operations, works to anticipate and fulfil the needs of the company and its customers and is constantly looking for ways to improve the GEM network and service.
Stimulated by the ever-changing needs of customers, Daniel’s knowledge and expertise has grown during his time with GEM. Today, his role ranges from responsibilty for meeting company key performance indicators such as transit times to developing ever stronger relationships with domestic and international partners.
Daniel’s team is equally committed and motivated. Be it arranging a ‘hand carry’ courier to New York, organising the transport of a precious artefact across the world or delivering a document to Paris before 9a.m., they work together, adapting to meet and fulfil any and every challenge.
